Mr. Fernandez is a Certified Security Professional and was last associated with Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. (FBDC) as Administration Officer in charge of corporate security, janitorial and sanitation services, and the corporate warehouse. He was formerly assigned as Protective Agent to the President of Metro Pacific Corporation, and then Team Leader of the Protective Agents assigned to the President and CEO of FBDC. He was a Detachment Commander in three security agencies from 1981 to 1992.

Gener P. Zulueta
Training Officer

Mr. Zulueta had been Detachment Commander of Pacific Plaza Towers Condominium and Net Square at Bonifacio Global City, as well as Team Leader for Protective Agents assigned to the Chairman of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company. At Bonifacio Global City, he had been a senior Traffic Marshal involved in maintaining traffic discipline and etiquette during the height of that development's construction phases, and had been assigned as Area Commander of his previous agency's Cebu, Iloilo and Negros Occidental detachments. Mr. Zulueta is a General Radio Communications graduate of Samson Institute of Technology and has been in the security industry for 18 years. He is a TESDA-certified AM/TM instructor and a holder of a National Certificate II (NCII) in Security Services and is a regular lecturer for the company's training arm, Men In Blue Security Training Center, Inc.

Amador D. Ledesma
Chief Investigator

Mr. Amador Ledesma is currently a Sector Commander for MIBSSI, responsible for conducting regular inspections of detachment personnel in Taguig, Pasig and Makati detachments. He was formerly a Marketing Specialist of Men In Blue Security Training Center, Inc. and was previously a Field Inspector and Senior Investigator of MIBSSI. Prior to joining MIBSSI, he had been Operations and Admin Head of Protect Security and Investigation Services, Inc. (PSISI) and Executive Protection, Inc. (EPI).

He is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from the Criminal Justice College. He is a holder of a Certified Security Professional (CSP) accreditation and PRC Board Licensure examination for Registered Master Electrician. He completed a special course for Masters in Technician Education in Technological University of the Philippines. Mr. Ledesma has been in the security industry for 25 years.
